Appointy Scheduling System & Lesson Policies All Scheduling must be done through our Appointy scheduling system; we will not accept appointments/ cancellations through call, text, or email unless it is: A) An emergency (death, serious injury, catastrophic event) B) You do not have access to a computer/ smartphone. (In this case you will be put into the system with Ally at time of payment) To Schedule you can either: A) Download our Highway Stables App-click schedule at the bottom-click the link to our website-and press the “Schedule and Appointment” Button B) Go directly to our website-click the schedule tab-click the “Schedule and Appointment” Button C) Download the APPOINTY app directly, or go to Appointy.com Info for scheduling with our APPOINTY system *Students must schedule all 4 or 6 lessons (Depending their package) into the system for the same day/time each week when they pay their tuition. This can be done with Ally at your time of payment. -If you do not enter your lessons into the system you DO NOT HAVE A LESSON. -Students will be expected to be at this weekly lesson without speaking to Ally each week. You may cancel/reschedule any lesson with 24 hrs notice, no shows will be charged. *Families with multiple riders must schedule lessons under the individual’s name that will be riding in each time slot. If family members are riding consecutively, the time slots must have separate names booked for 2 time slots. General Lesson Policies *24 Hours’ Notice must be given to: Schedule, Reschedule, and Cancel a lesson. -You will be charged as a lesson given if you do not give 24hrs notice for cancelling/ rescheduling * All Lessons must be prepaid -Lessons come in packages of 4 or 6; you will have 5 or 7 weeks consecutively to complete ALL lessons. They DO NOT rollover into the next month/ semester. -You are responsible for rescheduling within the time allowed if need be, or you will lose the lesson. *All lessons are 30 minutes unless otherwise noted. If you receive a lesson longer than 30 mins you got a bonus! -Please understand longer lessons may happen, but you are only paying for 30 min. *No shows will be charged as a lesson given *All lessons start promptly at the scheduled time. To ensure you get the most out of your lesson, please have your horse tacked and ready by the scheduled time (Boarders). -Training clients may choose to have their horse tacked and ready when they arrive, or add 15 mins to the lesson time (45 mins total) to tack and groom as a part of their Horse Training Package. -Academy Students - Horse will be prepped prior to arrival * “Charged as a lesson given” refers to losing a lesson from your prepaid balance *Do not assume that you do, or do not have a lesson. When in doubt check the system. -Once you are entered in the system you are expected to be there, if you are not you will be charged. -If you are not in the system you will not have a lesson if you show up Showing Late to lessons *Lessons start promptly at the scheduled time. If you are late, that time will come off of your lesson. *As stated above lessons are 30 mins, therefore after 15 mins your lesson will be cancelled if you are not present. This ensures that we do not run into the next lesson scheduled, and the day flows as planned. -Since this is considered a last minute cancellation, you will be charged as a lesson given.
It is the student’s responsibility to remember, and show up to all scheduled appointments, as well as cancelling/ rescheduling in advance when necessary. There will be absolutely NO exceptions.
